1. About us

This shop is run by [Your Company Ltd] (company number [Company number]), registered at Kingston House, Myton St, Hull HU1 2SP, United Kingdom. Contact us at [support@yourdomain.com].

2. Your order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed in error; if so we will refund you in full.

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. We also offer an extended 30-day return window — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out in that Act.

7. Using the toy and app

The toy connects to Wi‑Fi and is managed through the third-party Tuya Smart Life app, which has its own terms and privacy policy. AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate; adult supervision is recommended. Follow the safety information included in the box.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for business losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland depending on where you live.
