Changed your mind? You can return your toy within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to your legal 14-day right to cancel.
Email [support@yourdomain.com] with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Please return the toy in its original packaging with all accessories.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. If the item is unused we refund the full price including original delivery. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than needed to check it works.
If your toy arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement and we will cover return postage. After 30 days, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
